OFFICIAL MERCHANT ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• To maintain the integrity, authenticity, and international standards of the SMTPOVA Authentication Ecosystem, all merchants applying for platform admission must complete the following verification requirements.

Identity Verification

• Applicants must provide:
• Front and back copies of a valid government-issued ID card.
• Full identification number.

Business Qualification

• Applicants must provide:
• Valid business license / company registration certificate

Trademark Requirements

• To ensure brand authenticity and international compliance, merchants must own:
• No fewer than 10 registered trademarks in China.
• No fewer than 5 international trademarks.
• Trademark registrations covering at least 10 countries or regions.

Store & Business Verification

• Applicants must upload:
• Store photos.
• Office / warehouse environment photos.
• Product display photos

Product Packaging Standards

• Applicants must provide:
• At least 5 different branded product packaging designs.

All submitted materials must be clearly organized and arranged in order before submission.

The platform reserves the right to reject incomplete, false, or non-compliant applications.
